Nam Wah Pai Kung Fu is a Kung Fu style - originated in the south of China. Its tradition is based on the famous Shaolin monks, with further influences from Chi Gong and Tai Chi art. The versatility of Nam Wah Pai Kung Fu allows everyone to find their way in martial arts: whether for self-defense, free-fighting or movement form - the path leads to the goal of unity of body and mind.
Entry into the sport is possible in the summer and winter semesters via the beginners' course with 2 practice sessions per week. The advanced course is reserved for higher grades. The training also takes place outdoors.
