Rugby is an invasion game with an oval ball in the center. The goal is to pass the ball behind the opponent's line of scrimmage (5 points). Since the ball cannot be passed forward, the team must use skill, technique, strategy, speed, or strength to try to get through or around the opponent's defense.

Is rugby for me?
Anyone can play rugby! Whether woman or man, old or young. Tall, short, fat or thin, with 15 different positions, there is one for you! Of course, a certain athleticism and fighting spirit as well as a healthy self-confidence are not a disadvantage, but even there, the training will help.

For training, simple sportswear is sufficient for now, but we recommend tear-proof shorts, cleated shoes and a mouthguard (for the upper jaw, available in any sports store from 5). You should be weatherproof, because we train and play in all weathers. Also fear of contact is out of place, rugby is and remains a contact sport, where it is hard but fair to the point.

We are looking forward to your participation in our beginners training where we teach the most important techniques, rules and a rough understanding of the game of 15s as well as Olympic 7s rugby.
In the advanced course we will focus on tactical and technical training and preparation for participation in 7s high school tournaments.
Oval greetings and see you soon
